Return and Refund Policy for FlipsBuys
1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
- The return request must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable items:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items that are not in their original condition or packaging.
- Sale or discounted items, unless damaged or defective.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at ahmadhassan882918@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number.
- The product(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for return.
Once we receive your return request, we will send you instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited to your account.
- If you paid by another payment method, the refund will be processed to the same method.
Please note:
- Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent).
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate that you would like an exchange instead of a refund. We will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at ahmadhassan882918@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the damaged or defective product.
We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at ahmadhassan882918@gmail.com.
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item in accordance with our return policy.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider first, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at ahmadhassan882918@gmail.com.
