1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer free shipping within Pakistan only. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by another email when your order is shipped.
  • Please note that some products may require extra processing time due to availability or customization.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping within Pakistan. Shipping times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on the location within Pakistan.
  • Express Shipping:

    • Currently, we do not offer express shipping options.

Since we provide free shipping, all standard shipping costs are covered by us.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the respective shipping carrier's website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after the package has been shipped.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped promptly, FlipsBuys is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at ahmadhassan882918@gmail.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Missing or Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. FlipsBuys is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
